Immanuel (Manny) has over 14 years' experience as a carpenter, managing large home renovations, extensions and new builds, as well as commercial renovations and fit outs.

After completing his builder's license in 2017 he established BenAv Build and has since worked alongside architects, engineers and certifiers to help take the stress out of your project.

Manny loves building, has an excellent eye for detail and is a perfectionist at heart, which means he is thorough in his approach to overcoming problems, and finds creative solutions to technical challenges. Manny is also friendly, approachable and happy to take the time to explain any aspect of your project, and guide you through the whole building process from start to finish.

Manny holds an LBP License as well as a Builder license in Australia.

He also holds a Bachelor in Economics and Management, and is a member of NZBC.

Manny is married with three children, and enjoys adventure, travel, surfing and rugby . He considers himself a passionate builder and professional BBQer.
